GENERAL POLICIES

BOAT CHARTER CLIENTS

ALL orders must be made within 24 hours of arrival and or pickup, and be paid in full through Modern Aviation.

Any orders made after the 24 hour window deadline will be subject to approval and additional rush fees.

ALL orders are subject to a set delivery fee.

ALL orders must be picked up at the Modern Aviation FBO located at 112 Caruso Drive, Trenton, ME 04605 @ Bar Harbor-Hancock County Airport.

Any order failed to be secured within 24 hours of scheduled pickup will be discarded.

Tail number must be provided at the time of ordering to ensure proper delivery of food items.

Seabird Provisions Catering & Food Services strictly adheres to a No-Refund Policy.

All orders scheduled for a delivery are subject to a delivery fee.

Seabird Provisions currently does not provide made-to-order takeout services at our brick and mortar location.

All orders must be made over the phone or through our Toast POS Online Ordering System.

Seabird Provisions does not currently accept cash payments at this time.

Please let us know if you have a moderate to severe allergy, or a dietary restriction so we can accommodate to your needs accurately. Seabird Provisions Catering & Food Services is not liable for failure to provide this information.
